Freight Forwarding Services
We are what's known in the market as a NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) which means that we can handle fright via all transport methods; air, sea, road, rail. Most forwarding contracts include a combination of transportation and we can offer point to point (part journey) or from point of manufacture to destination. Shipments in, or out of the UK can be via any sea or airport and may even go by the channel tunnel using road/rail freight.
We support online track and trace which means our customers can track view the progress of their shipments and the login to this system is on the 'Home' page to this website. This system enables customers to be confident that their shipment is proceeding to plan and that they will reach their destination on, or before the quoted schedule. When we quote you for a forwarding shipment we will provide our best estimate of the journey time.
Frequently customers want their goods suitably packed, insured, sent by the most economic method (when time is not so vital) and supported by a tracking system so that at all times, they know where they are in the transport process. This is what we do as standard at Airsupply Shipping Agents.
